At Conscious Kitchen we
believe that the food we all consume has an impact to our health. Furthermore
the energy that comes from the person preparing, cooking and serving your food
is also an important part of the ingredients - if you like. So we pride
ourselves in keeping a high standard of including a loving environment when
cooking your food. The more obvious part is – which you can taste is our service
to you, we use organic ingredients wherever possible, and naturally all of our
chosen ingredients are fresh.
Your food has been carefully designed by a chef who has
been cooking for a very long time both in Europe and here in Australia. Thomas
has been interested in the health side of life and food for many years and is a
firm believer that we can heal ourselves by eating the best possible food. Since
we are all individual we certainly need to recognise our own specific needs to
stay healthy.
Gluten free, low fat, low sugar, food is definitely a
niche market – if you allow this expression to be used. But we at Conscious
Kitchen believe that this food can and has to be full of taste, the best
possible nutritious value and fresh in colour. Hence our commitment to you that
our food has never been in the freezer before it comes to you.
We love to call our food –
good food – describing it by referring to it by using brown or palm sugar for
all our food, using chocolate with the highest cocoa content; none of our food
is deep fried, just to use a few examples. To cook good food one ingredient is
important, time. Time to allow for example, the chick peas to soak, in order to
be ready to be cooked. Time to make sure we are getting the freshest ingredients
for your quality meal.
